The break away systems Velcro tab and no rods, when weight is put unto the tabs, they break off the track. Break resistance is controlled by how many tabs used on the track, and can be changed to suit your needs. With no curtain rods, there is nowhere for suicidal patients or inmates to tie anything to, and descreases the chance of anything happening to suicidal patients/inmates while they are not under direct supervision.

Our sytems do not use curtain rods. Instead it uses the IFC-69 Jiffy ceiling or wall mounted track. The track can be mounted using tamper resistant hardware to further increase security.
